Thermoelettrica offers its technical support to customers using three different modes, namely through remote assistance, telephone intervention service, and emergency service. Remote assistance refers to technical help operated remotely by specialists with direct or indirect interaction on the local system, made possible through the installation of special equipment and SCADA systems on the said systems. Through the use of these systems it is in fact possible to carry out remote diagnosis and assistance, also allowing the customer himself to monitor the status of his machinery and record the process variables connected with it. The telephone intervention service, on the other hand, is used most often with the aim of arriving at a solution to the problem or its identification, and it is precisely thanks to this type of assistance that interventions by our staff have been avoided, but above all costs of production downtime for the customer. Finally, with the third type of assistance the intervention is carried out on site by one or more technicians in response to the call of particular urgency, always and in any case agreed with the customer. Obviously, Thermoelettrica, in addition to solving unpredictable last-minute problems and emergencies, is also able to carry out routine maintenance work on different types of industrial combustion plants.
Design, development and implementation of new custom facilities
Thermoelettrica is involved in the creation of plants from scratch, taking care of all aspects of this multidisciplinary work flow in detail. In addition, with the help of 3D scanners, it succeeds in mapping the location sites of new plants and making more realistic design drawings by evaluating a priori and retrospectively the positioning, movements and any general inconveniences.
Reconditioning and revisions
Thermoelettrica is also able to deal with more or less complex plant refurbishments and overhauls, redesigning the logical aspect according to the customer's requirements or introducing energy- or quality-improving changes to the machinery.
Analysis of systems, thermal mapping, pollutant emissions, and explosivity
Finally, Thermoelettrica also performs this type of analysis thanks to qualified personnel using specific equipment such as may be accelerometers, data loggers, FID analyzers and electrochemical cell analyzers.
