Thanks to the thermodynamic, electronic and electro-technical skills acquired while working for the printing industry, born the project of a company that could respond quickly to multiple market demands, guaranteeing service within 24 hours and high reliability. Then, Thermoelettrica grows its customer base, spanning various fields such as steel, food, litho tin, textile, painting, engineering, pharmaceutical, chemical and other niche sectors.
The birth
The history of the Thermoelettrica company coincides with the beginning of the entrepreneurial adventure of Mr. Giuseppe Colombo who, in 1973, founded the company. In its early days, the company's activities were based on the supply of two specific services: on-site assistance on industrial combustion systems and the construction of small heat generators, for example, machinery designed and engineered to generate direct and indirect hot air. 1980
Plant designed and after-sales service
Due to the expansion of the combustion field in the 1980s, Thermoelettrica decided to invest in competent, qualified and diversified staff according to the type of work required, starting to design and develop small industrial combustion plants in full autonomy, such as heat treatment furnaces, thermal and/or regenerative afterburners, dryers, air treatment filters and heat generators. The growth pushed Thermoelettrica to open the Verano Brianza facility, where it established administrative offices, spare parts warehouse and a production unit. Thanks to the availability, quality and prompt delivery of spare parts such as burners, spark plugs, solenoids, solenoid valves, flame controls, detectors, pressure switches and regulation systems (...) the warehouse acts as a driving force for an immediate expansion into the world of after-sales service.
2000
Machine fleet improvement for industrial revamping activities
Thermoelettrica expands in 2002 by purchasing a new warehouse in Briosco, where it transfers its mechanical construction and carpentry activities, allocating electrical and panel design to the Verano production unit. Thermoelettrica places in the new plant advanced machinery for processing special stainless steels and increases the equipment park with shears, press brakes, plasma cutting, calenders, lathes and mills. The active deployment of these resources primarily leads to the enhancement of Thermoelecttrica's production capacity, and this encourages the arrival of new customers, who demand complex and customized plants. In addition to servicing and building in new plants customized to the customer's needs, Thermoelettrica begins to carry out many industrial revamping operations, i.e., operations aimed at remodeling and renovating entire production lines.
2021
Thermoelettrica became Channel Partner of the Honeywell Group
In 2021, thanks to the agreements made with the Honeywell Group, Thermoelettrica, became a Channel Partner of this huge U.S. multinational company, increases the value of its warehouse thanks to the purchase of products and spare parts belonging to the thermal control and regulation sector intended for resale. In our warehouse you can find Honeywell, Land Siemens, Krom Shroder, and Dungs flame controls and auxiliary equipment, as well as Ascon and Jumo temperature controllers and recorders, Maxon gas safety solenoid valves, and many other quality products.Mission
