Heat Generators

They generate the energy needed to heat rooms and premises. These instruments are designed and engineered to generate direct and indirect hot air and are mainly used for spray booths, heating small or large volume industrial facilities.

Dryers

These systems reduce the liquid content present in solid materials. Heat is transferred to the material causing the absorbed water to vaporize. Industrial dryers are widely used in the printing, food, pharmaceutical, agricultural, textile, metallurgical, resin and mineral fiber processing, treatment of building materials.

Heat Treatment Furnace

They allow a hardening that is achieved through heat. The material is placed inside the furnace, where the temperature gradually rises until it reaches 800°. These furnaces are used for processing both ceramics, refractories, glass and metals.

Rigenerative Thermal Oxidation RTO 

Post-combustion is a process used for thermal oxidation of air streams containing pollutants. Thermal oxidation takes place inside a combustion chamber where the pollutants present in the gaseous effluent are oxidized, transforming into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water vapor. The chemical energy contained in the pollutants is converted into thermal energy to sustain the combustion itself. The efficiency of thermal recovery can be as high as 96 percent, drastically reducing the consumption of the supporting fuel and consequently the operating costs of the plant.
There are different machines to carry out thermal oxidation: the choice is based on several aspects such as, for example, the concentration of pollutants to be treated and the level of thermal efficiency to be achieved. The oxidation machines offered by Thermoelettrica are:
